JOURNEY OF FORMATION Cam Ha Joint Stock Company, formerly Cam Ha Wood Processing Enterprise, was officially established in early October 1982 under Decision No. 967/TCCB of the Ministry of Forestry and directly under the Forest Products Processing and Supply Union II. The predecessor of the Enterprise was construction site B under the Forestry Board of Zone V before liberation and after the liberation of the South, it moved to take over the puppet military zone in Hoi An to set up a wood processing factory under the Da Nang Forest Products General Warehouse. By 1990, the Ministry of Forestry merged units such as: Forest Products Processing and Supply Union II; Naforimex; Central Forestry Materials Company into the Forest Products Production and Import-Export Service Corporation II. Cam Ha Wood Processing Enterprise is a member unit of the Corporation. In December 1995, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development merged the Corporations, the Forestry Unions, and the Forestry Farms under the Ministry into the Vietnam Forestry Corporation and the Enterprise became a member unit of the Vietnam Forestry Corporation. In January 2005, the Enterprise was equitized by the State and the Vietnam Forestry Corporation according to Decision No. 2717/QD/BNN-TCCB dated September 7, 2004 and Cam Ha Wood Processing Enterprise changed its name to Cam Ha Joint Stock Company + Business lines: - Wood and forest product processing. - Construction mechanics. - Civil and industrial construction. - Production and sale of round timber, sawn timber, household wooden furniture, and materials for the wood industry.
